Coffee Shop Conversations (2015)
The first film I wrote and directed was inspired by my experience working in the service industry. Premise: A comedic series of vignettes in a coffee shop, capturing moments in the lives of patrons and employees. Produced with Hanging Charlie Productions and filmed at OK Cafe in Astoria, NY, this was so much fun to make. I also portrayed the role of a barista. HOSPITAL (2023)
I wrote, directed, and edited this film based on my family's experience when my father was hospitalized for COVID-19. (He survived!)
Premise: Amanda's father is in the hospital with COVID-19, but because of visitor restrictions, she and her family can only wait from afar. Based on a true story.
Produced with All the Line Studio & Incubator for the Orlando Independent Filmmakers Challenge, this was an incredibly moving and cathartic film to make for both cast and crew.
